We make daily checks of all merchandise we purchase. EVERY product placed on our website is quality over it's value. This is to ensure our customers always get a value on every product they purchase from shopbabyinmotion.com.

 

  • Where is the store based?

We are based in the USA. and we do have few partnered warehouses in the USA and China. 

 

  • Are the "FREE" items really free?
    • YES! For our promotional items, all you have to pay is the shipping and handling cost. The price of the item itself is $0.00 :)

 

  •  What is this store's return and exchange policy ?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We sure do! We proudly ship worldwide.

 

  • I have received only part of my shipment, where are the other items?

 We ship from multiple warehouses in multiple locations so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please e-mail us at info@shopbabyinmotion.com with your name and order number or chat us via Facebook. 

 

  • What about possible custom fees?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

 

  • When will you be restocking _________ ?

  • What are the shipping fees?

Baby in Motion store customers always get FAST, FREE Shipping on all orders over US$10.00.

 

  • Will this item get to me before _________?

If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before the holidays.

 

  • Can I cancel/change my address/order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations your order.
